Professional Experience
As company President of Greenwich Management Company, Anwar Barbouti is responsible for all aspects of management, leasing, planning, and development of two prominent retail projects; and also the acquisition, leasing, and management of apartments in the prestigious Uptown district of Houston, Texas. Including the redevelopment and expansion of The Plaza on Richmond shopping center with nearly 200,000 square feet of national and regional tenants such as TJ Maxx, Ulta, Chipotle, Golf Galaxy, Honey Baked Ham, 24Hr Fitness, Office Depot and Specs. The redevelopment and tenanting of the Plaza On Richmond has allowed its tenants to enjoy some of the highest sales per square foot in the region and the nation, therefore securing the Plaza on Richmond’s prosperous future in Houston’s premier shopping district.
Anwar Barbouti also served as Secretary & Director of Hinterhome Properties, Ltd. based out of London. Anwar Barbouti’s responsibilities included all aspects of purchase and leasing of retail investments, as well as, management, planning, and redevelopment of residential blocks. Anwar Barbouti received both his B.B.A. and MBA Degrees from University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas
